QUICK KOREAN NOODLE SOUP RECIPE
From all the places we've been to and the food we've tried, noodle soup is one of our all time favourites. Here's an easy recipe you can follow to bring a taste of the Korean culture to your home

We are approaching winter and what better way to stay warm than making a delicious soup at home! From all the places we've been to and the food we've tried, noodle soup is one of our all time favourites. This easy recipe only takes 15 minutes and it is a great way to interprete a sense of the Korean culture in your cooking. The soup is full of nutrition and rich in taste, and the best part is that you can even use leftover ingredients to adjust the taste to your liking. Once you have perfected the recipe, invite friends over for a quiet night in and charm them with a taste of Korea. Roll up your sleeves, tie your apron and let's get started.
• Somen noodles (or Instant Noodles without the seasoning packs)
• Pacific Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth or Vegetable stock
• Kimchi, Gochujang, maple syrup, soy sauce, and garlic to make the sauce mixture
• Mushrooms, Peppers, Spinach, Baby bok choy (or any other greens you prefer)
• Egg, Sesame Seeds and Spring Onion to garnish
Firstly, prepare the vegetable stock/regular chicken broth or choose a low-sodium broth for a healthier option.
Mix all the ingredients to make a sauce. Meanwhile put the vegetable stock/chicken broth on the stove to boil the noodles and vegetables in it. It will take only a couple of minutes for it all to be ready. Take the sauce and stir it with the stock.
Add all of the seasoning at the end to keep it fresh and enhance the flavour.
To garnish, fry an egg, add the sesame seeds and chop the spring onion to put on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
